Use of the Service does not create a CPA-client or attorney-client relationship.
The Service is currently in beta and may change without notice.
TrueBasis shall not be liable for tax outcomes, penalties, or indirect damages. Maximum liability shall not exceed $100.
These Terms are governed by Iowa law.
